- Are not responsible for any inconvenience caused if an item listed on the Find My Nappy app is out of stock, misrepresented or unavailable

- Do not guarantee the accuracy of any listing 

- Do not guarantee or endorse any product or service

- Have provided a platform for connecting interested parties, but do not take responsibility for any interactions or transactions originating, deriving or starting from being listed on the SACNU website or on Find My Nappy.

 

All transactions are at the retailer and customers own risk

 

Buyers/clients/retailers are encouraged to be vigilant, honest and ask/answer many questions to ensure a realistic expectation and successful interaction

 

ADVERTISING/LISTING RULES

To book a package you must submit a booking form. 

 

Advertisement placements are based on a first come, first serve basis. We can not guarantee you will get your first choice.

 

All advertisement artwork should be supplied by the retailer/business and must be: image size 245 x 210 pixels, Image ratio 1.16:1. Only JPEG and PNG accepted.

 

All payments must be received by the 25th of each month preceding the month you want to advertise in.

 

All products advertised and listed on the SACNU website must be in stock or readily available. All images used by retailers for advertisements or listings must be the property of the retailer or express permission granted to use it.

 

Retailers are responsible to keep their listings up to date and accurate. SACNU will not take responsibility for the content of any listings. 

 

We reserve the right to remove you from the Find My Nappy listing or SACNU website if we feel fit.

 

Please note that all listings are once-off payments and you will not be entitled to a refund if you cancel a listing or do not use the full extent of your Find My Nappy or advertising packages

Bookings will be processed 24-72hours (business days) after payment reflects in the SACNU account and all necessary information and artwork has been received. In the case of time sensitive bookings like the home banner, SACNU will not give a discount or additional days if payment or necessary art work is provided late

Renewal of packages is the responsibility of the retailer, reminders of expiration is just a courtesy and not a requirement. It is still the responsibility of the retailer to be aware when a package expires and renew in time if they wish to continue advertising

 

Honesty and integrity is required at all times
